The Ayuntamiento de Madrid regulates street parking in the city center.
This regulated parking system is called the Servicio de Estacionamiento Regulado (SER).

Follow this process within 60 minutes of the fine issue time:
- Go to the nearest meter : Find the closest ticket machine in your parking zone.
